Terms of Rental

Confirmation and Cancellation

1.            A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total nights booked confirms the rental.  The balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

2.         Bookings cancelled within fourteen days of the booking where the booking has been paid in full will forfeit the entire 50% deposit and will incur a cancellation fee of the remaining 50%, being the balance of the booking unless the exact booking dates are replaced by another booking.

3.         There is no refund for early departures.

4.            Should events arise beyond the control of Island Accommodation Ltd, regarding the availability of this property, then the booking may be cancelled by Island Accommodation, in which event, all monies paid as deposit shall be refunded in full and the lessee shall have no further claims against Island Accommodation Ltd nor its directors.

Please contact us for availability and rates on specific properties.  In order to confirm a booking a deposit (by cheque or bank transfer) of 50% of the total cost of the nights booked with the balance payable fourteen days prior to arrival, see deposit details.  (Credit Cards not accepted)
