doors open out to the deck area with awnings, a stone built barbeque and fire and
beautifully maintained gardens surrounding the house.
With Awana beach just five minutes walk down the road
and approx 10 minutes drive to the Claris centre with its shops and cafe
this is the perfect spot to be.
The house offers two super-king bedrooms, both with
en-suites, a huge kitchen with a polished wood counter to sit at, a laundry,
an open plan living/dining area and an extensive outdoor area looking over
the beach. It is absolute luxury holidaying at its best.
